| Abstract: | The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland commissioned the Employment Research Institute at Edinburgh Napier University to produce an expert paper to advise them on the type, extent and delivery of childcare in Northern Ireland which would maximise the economic participation of women, alongside being in the best interests of the child, other members of the family, and the Northern Ireland economy. This is a summary of the main report. |
