dc.description.abstract | The chapter provides a conclusion to the various chapters presented in the book, arguing that a broader range of social policies and societal changes have contributed to the residualisation of social housing across Europe, thus challenging the conventional wisdom that the process is solely due to privatisation. Reference is made to the Scottish context and suggestions for the focus of future pan European research are made. | en_UK |
