dc.description.abstract | The article assesses additional challenges that arise for HR Planning and Resourcing in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with rapid internationalisation patterns (such as e.g. born global firms). - GERMAN ABSTRACT: Der Beitrag beschaeftigt sich mit den besonderen Herausforderungen welche die schnelle Internationalisierung an die Personalbedarfsplanung und -deckung in kleinen und mittelstaendischen Unternehmungen (KMUs) stellt. Systematisch definiert der Beitrag das Phaenomen KMU und identifiziert spezifische Anforderungen fuer ausgewaehlte Instrumente des Personalmanagements: qualitative und quantitative Personalbedarfsplanung, Personalbeschaffung, Personalentwicklung und Personalfreisetzung. | en_UK |
