| Abstract: | Die Produktivität von Wissensarbeitern ist im digitalen Zeitalter wettbewerbsentscheidend. Wie kann diese in kurzer Zeit gesteigert werden? Erfolgreiche Unternehmenslenker aus dem Silicon Valley nutzen hierfür Erkenntnisse der Nobelpreisträger von 2002 und 2017. Durch speziell gestaltete Rahmenbedingungen wird es Mitarbeitern einfacher gemacht, sich produktiv zu verhalten. Nur wenige deutsche Unternehmenslenker nutzen bisher dieses Potenzial. Aufsichtsräte können die Arbeit in den von ihnen überwachten Unternehmen und auch ihre eigene Tätigkeit mit diesem Ansatz schnell und ohne Risiko weiter verbessern. |
