dc.description.abstract | Final report of the Working Together project which examined the role of collaboration and the transition process in relation to housing need amongst ex-Service Personnel across Scotland, England and Wales. The report highlights a number of improvements that have been made over the past decade since the publication of the Armed Forces Covenant in 2011. However, there remain areas for improvement, so the report also includes a set of recommendations for practitioners and policy-makers. | en_UK |
