dc.description.abstract | Reactive organisations move through different strategies and business models with surprising regularity. A mature business with visionary management pauses and reflects to critically assess what has changed and what additional value has been created as a result of their strategic change. Data-driven, people-focused organisations do this with increasing ease and at the same time also rapidly identify new and emerging opportunities. Becoming a self-reflective and self-critical organisation requires a change in collective behavior that must become an habitual part of “business as usual”. | en_UK |
